   3 Dear XVM User,

   5 There is a planned maintenance and upgrade of the XVM production hosts
   6 on the weekend of July 20th. The maintenance has been scheduled
   7 2013-07-20 12:00:00 EDT to 2013-07-22 06:00:00 EDT.

   9 As part of the upgrade, we will be migrating from Xen 3.x to Xen
  10 4.x. As a result, all virtual machines on XVM will be shut down for a
  11 short period of time over the weekend to prevent data loss during the
  12 VM migration. Once the VMs have been migrated to the updated hosts, we
  13 will restart any VMs that were previously running. Further information
  14 on the exact outage schedule will be sent out closer to the weekend of
  15 July 20th.

  17 It is recommended that you shutdown your machine before the
  18 maintenance window to ensure that the processes running on your
  19 machine terminate correctly. If you are no longer using your machine,
  20 we ask that you delete it before the maintenance in order to free up
  21 space for other users of our service.
